Thermal Power Generation Equipment

The power plant uses coal and grinds it with a grinder to form coal powder. It is burned through a burner to convert chemical energy into thermal energy, and then separated from the water vapor through a steam generator. The steam is heated by multiple rounds of superheaters, and the steam produced has a very high pressure and temperature. These high-pressure steam will be transported to the high-pressure steam turbine through a pipeline to drive the turbine to rotate and generate electricity. During the process, the steam will lose some pressure and temperature, and a low-pressure steam turbine will be installed. The steam that has passed through the high-pressure steam turbine will return to the superheater for heating again, and then be transported back to the low-pressure steam turbine to drive rotation and generate electricity again. During operation, the last steam will be sent to the condensing tower for cooling and condensation into water again. Collect it and flow back to the boiler room for recycling again. . . Waste gas and waste generated during coal combustion. The heavier ash particles fall into the bottom of the boiler and are ground into powder for centralized treatment. The lighter fly ash will be blown into the exhaust gas treatment equipment. After destocking, the treated exhaust gas will be discharged into the air through the chimney, and the power generation is completed. The generated electricity is pressurized by a step-up transformer and then connected to the power grid, and can be transmitted to thousands of households for use.
