● Welding Standards: * Welding of the carbon steel cylinder body is performed in accordance with SQZ43.112 (covering arc welding, TIG welding, and metal arc welding).
● Post-weld heat treatment is strictly executed per SQZ43.143 technical specifications.
Inspection Protocols:
● Weld defect levels comply with ISO 5817-B and 5817-C.
● 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is conducted according to SQB49.49 for welded joints.
● 100% Surface Defect Inspection is mandatory for all critical areas.
Machining Process:
● Processing follows the "Steam Turbine Metalworking Process Card."
● Utilizes CNC boring and milling, large-scale drilling, and vertical lathes for both rough and precision machining.
● Post-machining includes comprehensive cleaning and anti-rust treatment prior to final assembly.
