By using the newly developed magnetron sputtering coating technology, cathodic arc ion coating technology, EB-PVD, JVD jet vapor deposition and the unique design of ion source assisted deposition coating technology and other technical combinations, it has been successfully applied in large-diameter, wide-width and high vacuum continuous winding coating equipment to produce decorative films, anti-corrosion films and metal or TCo films on both sides of steel strips, improve the surface characteristics of metal coils and expand the scope of application.
Modular design concept, flexible combination of strip lock systems, plasma pre-treatment, magnetron sputtering system, inline measurement and process control system, and electron beam evaporation. With good uniformity, high deposition efficiency, and fast coating speed, it is the best choice for a continuous coating production line of large metal coils.
