This series of equipment adopts the flexible combination of DC magnetron sputtering, RF / MF reactive magnetron sputtering and other technologies. The modular concept and unique technology ensure high-quality production.
Continuously coating on the surface of strip coils such as PET, PI, PC, COP and other flexible polymers and metal strips, can= sputter aluminium, titanium, chromium, copper, nickel-chromium, nickel, silver and other metal materials, and TiO2, Nb2O5, SiO, ITO, SiAlOx, MoOx and other oxides.
Characteristics
● Rotatable cathodes with RF, DC, DC unipolar pulsed, DC bipolar pulsed or MF power supplies.
● Lowest particle generation (sputter-up orientation of cathodes), optional plasma pre-treatment, a temperature-controlled coating drum (standard: -15 to +80℃), turbomolecular pumps plus cold traps and in-situ layer measurement systems.
● Key components are easy to maintain and clean, meet the needs of all-weather production, stable and excellent product quality.
