This series of equipment combines magnetron sputtering and vacuum evaporation techniques. It adopts the magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge technique to spill atoms from the targets, then some of the atoms are ionized and deposited on substrates, while it can be used to get a vaporized film by resistance heating material. Combined with
PECVD and HiPIMS technology to increase flexibility and realize more applications.

It is widely used in automotive decorative parts, notebooks, smartphones, and household appliances industries. It can deposit metal film, alloy film, composite film, transparent (translucent) film, NCvM film and EMI film.
