Product Overview
The CNB0 Exhausting Cylinder (Low-Pressure Outer Cylinder) serves as the primary conduit for steam transition within a steam turbine system. It facilitates the transfer of steam from the turbine’s internal stages to the condenser. As the steam’s kinetic energy is converted into mechanical energy, the cylinder directs the residual steam through the exhaust port and into the condenser to complete the energy conversion cycle.

● Material Composition: The cylinder body is constructed from high-quality carbon steel, utilizing specialized welding techniques (Arc welding, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) shielded welding, and Metal Arc welding) in strict accordance with SQZ43.112.
● Quality Inspection: * Weld defect levels comply with ISO 5817-B and 5817-C.
● 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is performed on the inspection area per SQB49.49 (Non-destructive testing of welded joints).
● 100% Surface Defect Inspection ensures structural integrity.
● Heat Treatment: Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) is executed according to SQZ43.143 (Technical Specifications for Purchasing of Welded Inner Cylinders and Exhaust Cylinders).
